Back Takedowns
- Use cheatcode grip
- Git my hips tight to the side of their hips
- Transition to bear hug from behind
Sit down
- Take steps back while sitting down
- Get hooks in while going down
- rotate!
Leg Through
- Push one leg in between their legs
- Bend other leg
- Twist my hips and pull them to the ground
Lunge Takedown
- Switch feet and go into lunge so my raised need is close to the opponent
- pull over my knee
Pulling Guard
- Get grips
- Bring one foot to opponent's hip
- Rotate and fall into closed guard
Single Leg Defense
- From I have cheat code grip
- Pull arm across my centerline and sprawl
- When I sprawl, trap one of opponent's arms with my legs and the other arm with my arm
- Move to crucifix or back take
