Knee on Belly

• Keep knee/high shin on belly or chest
• Other foot should post far out (think scrum half pose)
• All weight should be on my knee
  • this pressure can even cause some people to tap
  • even if it doesn't cause them to tap, it WILL exhaust them
• Switch from knee-to-knee and/or from opponent's belly to chest in order to avoid any of opponent's attacks/escapes
• BE FAST; constant movement will DESTROY your opponent in this position
• If opponent posts on you, trap the arm at the tricep and attack
