Knee on Belly
- Keep knee/high shin on belly or chest
- Other foot should post far out (think scrum half pose)
- All weight should be on my knee
- this pressure can even cause some people to tap
- even if it doesn't cause them to tap, it WILL exhaust them
- Switch from knee-to-knee and/or from opponent's belly to chest in order to avoid any of opponent's attacks/escapes
- BE FAST; constant movement will DESTROY your opponent in this position
- If opponent posts on you, trap the arm at the tricep and attack
