Practice Log: Judo Throws

Uchi Mata
- From standing with standard judo grip
- standing judo grip = same side Gi and same side wrist
- step my leg on the same side as the collar grip across the center line of my opponent
- step my other foot close behind that foot, being sure to keep this foot centered in between opponent’s feet
- get my hips below their hips
- sweep the leg that I took the first step with through the inside of my opponent’s thigh while driving hips through opponent
- make sure to follow through with the sweeping leg
