Jared was out of town on this one so the teaching was "ad hoc".

Grip Tips

Break grips on my wrist by looping my hand around their wrist
Break lapel grip with 2 on 1 grip on their gripping hand, step back and push up
When doing Wrist grips, fold the cuff in, keep it trapped in a punch grip (can punch the ground and effectively take them down)
Push, pull, jerk down to get their feet in good place for attack/takedown
