This is a really good sequence to practice. It shows the thought process of Jiu Jitsu really well. The goal is to have a number of attacks chained together. This applies to escapes, attacks, etc. Chain many together.
Sequence
Arm Bar
- From closed guard, maintain control of both arms, push off opponent's hip to rotate my body
- get my leg over opponent's head
- extend hips for an armbar on opponent's lower arm
Triangle
- If opponent pulls lower arm out, transition to a diamond lock and keep other arm trapped
- Grab my foot to maintain diamond lock, remove other leg in order to push my body to other side of opponent
- Get grip super tight, replace hand grip with knee
- "Look in opponent's ear" and pull opponent's arm accross my body
Omoplata
- If opponent frees their arm and wraps their arm around my leg (towards their own hip)
- Plant the foot from the leg that isn't wrapped by opponent
- Push off free foot to rotate my body, sit up on opponent's shoulder
- Control opponent's hips so they can't roll out
- Lift hips and lean head to their head in order to get the tap from shoulder hyperextension
